Nylon conveyor belts can be made of SBR/NBR/EPDM rubber with high tensile strength, wear/oil/heat/abrasion resistance multi-layer fabric conveyor belts. They can be made into nylon flat belts or patterned nylon belts. Fire-resistant, cold-resistant wear types, heat-resistant types, acid and alkali types, oil-resistant types, and anti-static electricity types are available.

    Nylon rubber conveyor belts are especially suitable for industries such as mining, stone crushing and screening, sand washing, ports and docks, power, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, steel plants, cement plants, and construction. They are suitable for most medium/long distances, high loads, and high-speed material conveying conditions.

    Features

    Compared to other types of conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts:

    • High Strength: Using high-strength nylon fabric layers as the skeleton material, it has high tensile strength, can withstand heavy-duty transportation and large tensile stress, and is suitable for high-load material conveying. 
    • Impact Resistance: The belt has good elasticity and can effectively absorb and resist the impact of materials, reducing damage caused by impact. It has obvious advantages when conveying blocky and granular materials. 
    • Good Abrasion Resistance: It has excellent abrasion resistance, can withstand long-term, high-speed wear, extends service life, reduces replacement frequency, and lowers maintenance costs. 
    • Not Easily Deformed: The deformation rate of nylon conveyor belts is low, and even under long-term, high-frequency use, it is not easy to produce obvious shape changes, and it can maintain flatness well.

    • No Mildew: Nylon material itself is not prone to mildew, and it can maintain good performance in humid environments, extending the service life of the conveyor belt. 
      Other Features: 
    • High Temperature Resistance: It can operate for a long time in high-temperature environments, and the temperature resistance can reach above 200℃, suitable for high-temperature working environments such as ceramics, steel, and cement. 
    • Light Weight: Compared with conveyor belts of other materials, nylon conveyor belts are lighter, making installation and maintenance more convenient, and also reducing the load on the conveying equipment. 
    • Fatigue Resistance: It has good fatigue resistance, can withstand long-term, high-frequency bending and vibration, and ensures the stability of the conveyor belt during long-term use.
