    Product Description

    • Oil-resistant conveyor belts are designed for conveying oily materials and organic solvents, and have oil and organic solvent resistance. They are mainly used in vegetable oil processing plants, mines, and other processing plants that require the conveyance of oil-based products. Because conveyor belts can be used to convey chemicals, alkali-resistant or acid-resistant coatings need to be added when conveying products. The manufacturing process of this conveyor belt prevents rubber peeling and swelling. 
    • Suitable for conveying oil-containing materials or occasions in contact with various working oils, oil-resistant conveyor belts have advantages such as low volume change rate, high strength, and wide range of applications.

    Application Features

    Oil-resistant conveyor belts are characterized by the use of nitrile rubber (NBR) with good oil resistance, and the material can be selected according to customer needs. The coating uses rubber with high acrylonitrile content as the main material, and uses nylon canvas or EP polyester canvas/NN canvas/EE canvas as the strong layer. Mainly used in vegetable oil processing plants, mines, and other processing plants that require the conveyance of oil-based products.

    Oil-resistant NBR/MOR conveyor belts can be divided into:

    • NBR/MOR 20% mild oil resistance, anti-static, operating temperature: -30ºC to +70ºC;

    • NBR/MOR 50% moderate oil resistance, anti-static, operating temperature: -30ºC to +80ºC;

    • NBR/MOR 100% heavy oil resistance, anti-static, operating temperature: -30ºC to +100ºC;
